Hosted by one of our knowledgeable wine hosts, you’ll be guided through four pairings – two white wines and two red wines from our award-winning winery – thoughtfully matched with a selection of locally sourced cheeses. Each pairing highlights the unique characteristics of our cool-climate wines and the complementary notes of the cheeses.

During the experience, your host will share insights into our story, the distinct terroir of the Mornington Peninsula, and the nuances that make our wines ideal for pairing. You’ll also learn how different styles of wine interact with various cheeses, enhancing your understanding of flavour profiles and pairing principles.

This is a relaxed yet educational opportunity to savour our wines, enjoy exceptional cheeses, and deepen your appreciation for the craftsmanship behind each.
