Whether you're seeking nearby accommodation or assistance with transfers, our team is here to help make your time with us as seamless and enjoyable as possible. We work with a trusted network of local partners and, in some instances, can extend exclusive benefits through select accommodation providers — these are only available when arranged directly through our concierge.
We’re also pleased to assist with bookings for our own experiences — from a guided Terroir Masterclass or wine tasting to a restorative visit to Alba Thermal Springs & Spa, located close by.
The concierge service is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. To allow us time to check availability and provide tailored recommendations, we kindly suggest submitting your request at least 48 hours ahead of your visit.
