2021 Vintage Cuvée

2021 Vintage Cuvée
The lifted flint and bright citrus on the nose compliment the nutty and brioche characters that are displayed on the palate. A generous mouthfeel from an extended time in bottle on lees is well aligned with the crisp natural acidity driving the wine.

Other Notes
With a La Niña weather pattern controlling the season, the wet spring and start to the summer delayed budburst and flowering. Below average temperatures and rainfall over summer allowed the grapes to ripen slowly but evenly, resulting in great concentration of flavour and good natural acidity.

Tasting Notes
Layered with lemon sherbert, elderflower blossom and red apple perfume, after 39 months on lees, some lovely savoury pastry and brioche characters are emerging. An elegant and textured palate with a striking mineral tone and liveliness, this sparkling will bring finesse to both special occasions and relaxed spring celebrations.
