2021 10X Pinot Noir

2021 10X Pinot Noir
This wine has great colour and a beautiful perfume of red & dark cherry fruit, spice and undergrowth notes on the nose. As it opens up there is more bramble, crushed autumn leaf and darker fruits coming to the fore. The palate is silky and savoury with a lovely fine structure and finesse. A kick of bright red fruits right on the finish complete this alluring style of Pinot Noir. A wonderful vintage and one of our best 10X Pinots!

Other Notes
Moderate temperatures throughout a wet spring and throughout flowering resulted in healthy canopies
with slightly lower than average yields. Above average rainfall over the Summer due to La
Niña was moderated by dry spells and moderate temperatures resulted in slower ripening. High levels
of acidity were retained together with great concentration of flavour and fine detail.
