This July, we invite you to settle in for a sensory celebration of winter’s most treasured ingredient.

In collaboration with Flinders Truffles, we’ll be offering two special services featuring a six-course seasonal truffle menu — each dish thoughtfully designed to showcase the richness and complexity of truffle at its peak, grown just minutes from our estate.

Wines from our cellar will be available to pair, and Jane and Tony from Flinders Truffles will join us to share their knowledge and stories — with freshly shaved truffle offered at the table to complete each course.
