This April, we’re bringing together two like-minded wineries for a special dinner with Bindi’s Michael Dhillon and our own Martin Spedding. Over the years, they’ve shared plenty of conversations—and a few glasses—while exchanging knowledge on close-planted vineyards and winemaking.

Join longtime friends and acclaimed Mornington Peninsula winemakers Kevin Bell (Hurley Vineyard) and Martin Spedding (Ten Minutes by Tractor) for a special evening of food and wine, showcasing the distinctive personalities of their respective vineyards. Through an exploration of Mornington Peninsula subregional terroir, Martin and Kevin will present a selection of current and cellar release wines across six courses, sharing personal insights into site, vintage and philosophy — and reflecting on a shared journey of craftsmanship, place, and friendship.

Join Sam Coverdale (Polperro) and Martin Spedding (Ten Minutes by Tractor) for a special lunch celebrating the ‘Up the Hill’ vineyards of the Mornington Peninsula.
Featuring current vintage wines from both estates including single vineyard Chardonnay and Pinot Noir - this is a unique opportunity to explore the nuance and structure of these cool-climate sites, guided by two of the region’s winemakers.
