2019 Blanc de Blancs

2019 Blanc de Blancs
The lifted flint and bright citrus on the nose compliment the nutty and brioche characters that are displayed on the palate. A generous mouthfeel from an extended time in bottle on lees is well aligned with the crisp natural acidity driving the wine.

Other Notes
Following heavy rainfalls in the winter, the 2015 growing conditions were exceptional. Mild and consistent temperatures over the summer and a cool and dry autumn produced beautiful fruit, balanced yields and healthy canopies. The resulting wines have bright fruit, great balance and persistence. One of our very best vintages.

Tasting Notes |
Tasting Notes
There is a complexity and generosity that comes from extended lees ageing, which provides layers of weighty richness. This is a serious sparkling wine with unquestioned complexity and stout acidity.
