Join Martin at NOMAD Sydney on Tuesday 20th August for a special four course menu paired to nine of our new release 2017 Estate and Single Vineyard wines.
A special menu has been designed by Chef Jacqui for the evening.
1st Course (to be served as individual snacks)
Mushroom Frito, black garlic
Pickled mussels on toast, preserved tomato butter, soft herbs
Raw scallop, green chilli zhoug, crème Fraiche
Smoked brisket empanada, nomad hot sauce
2nd Course (to share)
Chorizo, confit fennel, green olive & caper salsa
Pork fat potatoes, romesco, lardo
3rd Course (to share)
BBQ cornfed chicken, chermoula, labne, baby cos
Roast cauliflower, almond, sweet & sour currants
4th Course
Halva magnums
