ORDER FULFILLMENT

All Quarterly Memberships will be processed and dispatched in the second week of the month, every 3 months. If you require your delivery within a certain time frame, please contact us on 03 5989 6455 and we can arrange an early dispatch for your order. Charges will be automatically applied to your credit card the week your shipment goes out.

ADDITIONAL PURCHASES

Through your login, members are able to purchase wines via our online store (or the cellar door) and receive their 10% discount with free shipping. In addition, members will have the opportunity to purchase exclusive special release and museum release stock via allocation.
