a mild, moist semi-hard table cheese with a slightly sweet, nutty aftertaste

GRANNY’S BLUE   Local :: Red Hill Dairy :: cows’ milk :: blue mould cheese
an exceptional cheese with a deliciously moist and creamy texture and salty blue syrupy finish

ST NECTAIRE   France :: cows’ milk :: washed mould
mild and delicate, condensed creamy flavour with a hint of sweetness, aromatic in its subtleness

CHARLES ARNAUD COMTE   France :: cows’ milk :: cheddar
a mature cheddar, aged for 18 months, that has had an opportunity to dry out slightly leaving the texture open and drier, the body is developing and rich flavours are emerging

LE DAUPHIN   France :: cows’ milk :: soft white mould
a creamy, soft and mild version of Brie; is buttery and sweet
