Summer 2017/18 Dégustation Menu


Eight or five courses, a selection from our current À la Carte Menu plus one or two dishes prepared by Chef specifically for the dégustation.

Dégustation [noun or verb, from Latin degustare to taste] is a careful, appreciative tasting of a range of dishes focusing on the senses, culinary art and good company.

We would like to take you on such a tasting; a journey of flavours and textures that will invoke delight and surprise.

Simply give us a few clues, or not, your choice – anything you are allergic to, anything you really don’t eat, how hungry you are, how much time you have, how much you wish to spend and finally whether you would like our sommelier to take you on a  wine journey as well.

The eight course dégustation is $155 per person without wine, the five course $125. Your choice of matched wines [each wine 100ml] $98 for the eight course and $78 for the five course.
