2013 10X Rosé

Made with Mornington Peninsula pinot noir. Juicy, sweet, spice-edged style. Tastes of apple, strawberry, dry spice and jellied cranberry. Glowing red-salmon in colour. Super-succulent through the finish. Would work a treat at the spring/summer lunch table, served chilled. Drink 2014-2015.

ophisticated Rosé made entirely from Pinot Noir. Wild yeast, three months in old French barriques. Slightly pillowy on the tongue before gentle ‘hand on shoulder’ tannin to close. Bone dry. Enticing aromatics of strawberry marshmallows and red cherries with undertones of earth and forest litter. Increasingly savoury as it moves through its line with citrus tinged acidity keeping it on the straight and narrow.
